First Haircuts

I have cut the boys' hair a few times but they were in desperate need of a professional cut ...especially before we meet Mickey Mouse next week! So off to the barber shop we went today. The boys did really well at sitting still. I wonder if it had anything to do with eating their first sucker at the same time. Hmmmm???

A Perfect Day

We spent this beautiful fall day at Jacksonville Zoo. I can't tell you what a blessing it was to be on an adventure with our entire family! We have so missed having Dad around to share in the fun.We started the day with a train ride around the zoo.
Caleb and Jacob loved being on the move and looking at all the interesting animals.

The carousel ride was a blast. Caleb boo-hooed when he had to get off.

Jacob was enthralled by some playful little monkeys.

Monkey-ing Around

Caleb and Jacob were cute little monkeys for Halloween. It was the perfect costume since they are pretty much monkeys all the time! Caleb was not feeling well at dress-up time. Jacob thought the costume was hilarious. He had a great time swinging his big ears around. Caleb did perk up later when we went to a fall festival for the evening.
