Ten Months

Oh what do I say about my two ten month old boys? They are busy! Jacob and Caleb love to explore everything. With their hands, with their feet, with their mouths. They examine their toys, play with their food, and grab items off grocery store shelves. This is a fun age! I mean it. Caleb loves to clap and wave "hi," while Jacob loves to attack me with hugs. Neither boy is technically crawling, but both are mobile. Jacob can get anywhere by spinning, rolling, and/or diving. Caleb prefers to scoot across the carpet on his rear. As long as they are fed and rested, Jacob and Caleb are happy boys that go with the flow.

Caleb is actually only 3/4 in taller than Jacob.

They sit differently and certainly have different body shapes.

Bath Time

In December Jcaob and Caleb reached a new milestone, bathing together. Bath time had been a challenge for me because I had to keep one boy occupied and happy while bathing the other. It was often quick and stressful. I had looked forward to double dipping for a long time...but I cried when if finally happened. Mixed with the joy was sadness that my boys were growing up way too fast. The boys have a blast playing together and with the toys in the water.
